The boredom of today doesn't differ from 1988 In a summer of our childhood We always played how we could die Our idols were American Their voices dubbed - children The boredom of today doesn't differ from 1988 Afternoons after school We could waste killing each other On a good showdown-noon We could reach 200 deaths each of us Shot in the headsudden death In the heart the same game A hit in the back was better Because of the rolling in the dirt and pain One sunny afternoon We tried it One hour two hours three hours As a corpse rotting But that was boring

The love I won't recover from A thousand vague desires Five hundred pair of eyes A penny for your thought The fortune of my life There were twelve apostles A dirty dozen in a film Six pence none the richer You loved to hear her sing See now what you did to me From the day you left on You were the one and only love I won't recover from The love I won't recover from Some kids are a hand full You're wearing second hand You have second thoughts May I take my stand Hotels have no thirteenth floor But Friday thirteenth you can stay They turn around the sheet for you Maybe twice that day You say I should pay attention But I just pay the price For the past I never had And a future full of lies

For all the years of nightmares let me have one dream For all the years of nightmares Let me have one dream Tell me I deserve that I do deserve that win- Dow in the wall I'd open See all the things I never seen For all the years of nightmares Let me have a dream I want to smell the hope I want to taste the love I want to sense a god Or give myself a shot At opening the window Prepare myself to scream For all the years of nightmares Let me have one dream Awake, not, able to breathe Unable to move and yell For help, for air, for words And love in this living hell Minutes become hours So many days it has been For all the years of nightmares Let me have one dream Hunted down by creatures With dark and crooked horns Running through the house Which turns into a forest Full of glowing eyes Lurking behind trees For all the years of nightmares Let me have one dream Fear was my companion Angst my son in law Surrounded and besieged Shell-shocked that I was The back against the wall Sinking on my knees For all the years of nightmares Let me have one dream

about

The sound on this album got wider, but no song reaches the 8 tracks I can record in Ableton. Currently I like to experiment with sound a bit, but having said that, I just wrote a wonderful guitar & voice song that sure will be on the November EP. By the way, if you are interested how I work, you can check me out on the usual not-so-Social Media channels.
